The library provides space for rent to community groups, organizations, and businesses during library operational hours when the space is available.
The Multi-purpose room rents for $25.00 per hour with a daily maximum of $100.00 for a six hour booking. Non-profits and community organizations may qualify to have the fee waived. There is a projector and Internet connectivity.
Maximum occupancy is 30 people
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that they are complying with all COVID regulations regarding sanitization and vaccination status.
Payment is due in advance, unless other arrangements for payment have been made. Forms of payment include cash, cheque, or etransfer. 48 hours notice is required to cancel a booking without a penalty.
