How to place a Hold on materials directly through the library catalogue.

Once a ‘Hold’ or request has been placed, patrons will then be called by library staff to schedule a time to pick up their materials.
Note: The $1.00 DVD rental fee will be in effect and will be requested at the time of pick up. Exact change please.

Requested items will be delivered to people outside the main entrance doors.
If the person picking up the items is driving, they will park close to the main entrance. If the person picking up the items has a cell phone, we request they call the Library upon arrival. They will be required to open their trunk or side door for staff to place the items into.
If the person is cycling or walking to pick up items, they will be required to bring a suitable container or bag to place their requested items into. Staff will hand the materials over, they will not place the items into the container or bag.

Bookdrop:
All returns are to be made through the book drop, including DVDs and CD audiobooks,
and the book drop does not require a key card to unlock.
